Backpacks USA Donates Backpacks, School Supplies, and Hygiene Packs to REACH

Do you have school-aged kids? We do. We are gearing up for our Back To School season at our home and Amy & Aron's Real Life Reviews. Every year you may see us doing thins for our local residence, trying to make a difference in someone's life. We have worked on hundreds of giveaways US and wanted to bring it closer to home and it's working.

Sneaky Santa Mission- We take nominations for local families and the one that we pick gets a surprise Santa-ing with awesome gifts. That is awesome and knowing we could really make it happen, has given me the motivation to try to make it happen in other situations.

Womb to Walking- Our annual baby guide that is donated to a mommy nommy in our area. This year's mommy will be so surprised!!!

This year, instead of doing out Back to School Giveaway, we are doing donations to our local community. I love this!! Back to school is such an expensive time of year and rivals the holiday season in cost, definitely. Between clothes, shoes, backpacks, and computers, I would say it has to be really close to a tie.

Backpacks USA has done something so amazing that I never expected it to happen, and to be honest, I am sitting next to the products and I'm still in shock! They sent us a whole case (24 units of Backpacks and supplies!!

That is a whole classroom of backpacks for kids that need it in our area. In addition to the backpacks, they sent us a whole box of hygiene products.

Why Does It Matter to me?

When I was a kid, my mom was a single mom and had to work really hard to make it all work out for us. There are all kinds of reasons that parents end up being single parents. For us, it was my dad dying in a car accident when I was 7 years old.

At the time, I had 2 sisters and my mom, we needed help from every direction. That wasn't the original plan. My parents were middle school sweethearts, they met when they were 14 years old. They had a plan, they owned a home together, dad not being around to help out was never part of that plan. He was a union ironworker before he died, basic necessities weren't even a worry.

The aftermath was a whirlwind of financial struggle. Moving from place to place because the rent was high and it was a struggle. If it wasn't for community outreach programs, I don't know how my mom would have made it.

When I was 10 years old is when reality hit me. I saw the kind selfless act of what one family did for us for the first time. It impacted me in a way that I will never be able to put into words. It planted a seed in my soul to make a difference for people that need it. It's a passion for me. Even if it's only one person at a time, I was to help plant that seed in someone else.

Who Sponsored This Donation?

Backpacks USA has a similar goal. They want to be able to help people but they are doing it in a HUGE way. They are a wholesaler that make large donations more affordable. Being able to help doesn't mean you have to go broke.

Organizations that supply backpacks to the community that raises funds for the project and then buys the donation items can get a great deal from Backpacks USA.

Who would benefit from Backpacks USA?

Everyone can enjoy the deals from Backpacks USA! They have great bulk prices. Teachers, school staff, churches, community outreach programs, and so much more. Individuals can even jump in on the great savings.

Organizations- Make those donations go further than you ever expected with wholesale bulk shopping and free shipping.

Families trying to save money- Pool with the other moms to get all of your kid's backpacks at the same time.

This is an amazing way to make your money go further. I love finding great deals like this.

All of the items featured in the video are going to a local REACH shelter for battered women and children. It's amazing how much difference each of those pieces can make.

I was in a very abusive relationship and I had no idea how to get out of it, I had nowhere to go. It took a lot of courage to go to my grandparents for help. There are so many women that don't have a family to go to for help.

Each one of the hygiene packs can make a huge difference for someone. Being able to have a razor, soap, deodorant, a toothbrush, etc to get clean. Feel good about yourself and go to that job interview, to be able to go to work,  enroll the kids in a new school, or whatever the case may be. It could be a real life-changing moment. All from the confidence of a hygiene pack!

Check out Backpacks USA on their website and social media to find their latest deals and great products. Make sure you use those codes (above) to get 10% off a $200 order. That's a 20+ coupon!!!

I received these products as a gift for free to facilitate this review. If you have any questions please feel free to email me directly.

  1. What a fantastic organization. Our Moms Club collects school supplies and donates them, and we are always overwhelmed with the amount of kids who need these items. I will keep this company in mind when we are looking to help with school supplies this year.

  2. This is such an amazing program. There are so many kids that need help getting basic school supplies.

  3. Awesome organization. So many parents can't afford school supplies

  4. I shared on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest! Backpacks USA needs to get some publicity for what they do! Maybe they can even help some other children!! I tend to support companies who give back! I was a single mom for a few years and it was really hard and expensive! If you can’t get your kids what they want, at least you can get them what they need! My mom struggled too. My dad didn’t die, but he did leave our mom alone with 4 kids. Our poor moms! But they did it and I am sorry about your father!!
