Rest Better and Easier with Dr. Olivia Naturals #drolivianaturals

Hi Guys. First I want to say thanks so much for cheering us along on getting and staying healthy. We have consistently tried to find  new ways to help us achieve our goals.

Recently Aron was prescribed more supplements and a list of OTC supplements he needs. His levels are all screwy and he needs help getting them back in order. We had the opportunity to work with an amazing company on a review of Magnesium Glycinate Complex with L-Theanine, Passionflower & Valerian Root. We gladly accepted.

This covers the magnesium that he needs and also has a few other ingredients that will help him all the way around. The one I recognised first after the magnesium was the Valerian Root root.

After my surgery, I went through a long period of anxiety with sleeplessness. My father in law got me the valerian root to help me ease back into life pretty much. I was helped so much by that.

With Aron's recent surgery, this is what I thought would help him the most. To rest better and to feel less stressed and just dealing with it all pretty much. He did great with the surgery but, learning how to cope with the changes since then, has been a challenge.

Valerian is a herb, (more specifically the root part of the herb). It smells like sweaty socks. Of the more than two hundred known species of valerian, the Eurasian variety, namely, V. Officinalis is generally used for medicinal purposes and to relieve anxiety, depression, and poor sleep.

Passion flower has been used to treat sleep disorders and historically in homeopathic medicine to treat pain, insomnia related to neurasthenia or hysteria, and nervous exhaustion.

These are awesome ingredients to help get the body back on track and be more comfortable. These are easily digestible and doesn't cause tummy upset.

I received this for free in exchange for an honest, unbiased review. If you have any questions about this product please feel free to email us directly at [email protected] or [email protected]
