Most of us have got a few kitchen appliances rattling around our cupboards. Some we use regularly, while others rarely see the light of day. If you have some that you never use popping them into the box the next time you do a garage or boot sale is a good idea.

Slow cookers are probably one of the most underrated kitchen devices out there. A lot of people consider them to be old-fashioned or think that they can only be used to cook stews. Nothing could be further from the truth. It is possible to cook cakes, rolls, porridge, soups, even a roast in a slow cooker.

  1. These are great kitchen appliances that are definitely a must have! I use my slow cooker and toaster all of the time! A couple that I really want to add as well is an air fryer and instant pot. :)
