It's great for faces but perfect for a body sponge too. Wet it and squeeze it a few times and it swells up soft. It doesn't fall apart easily. Has instructions on how to sanitize for multi-person use. Let it air dry. The full directions are on the box.
The way it exfoliates is amazing. Using the sponge without even using any face wash on it my skin feels like it's breathing better. My skin is clearer and fresh. My breakouts have lessened and my pores are tighter.
This sponge is completely biodegradable and is a 100% natural product.
