The Julienne Peeler and Vegetable Peeler by Nikkouware is an awesome product. I have always used a paring knife or a small hand peeler to do what I needed to get done.
Now, with this peeler I can go so much faster and I don't have to worry about my hands cramping or my fingers getting stiff and hurting just to make a healthier, fresher food dish. I love this peeler.
This peeler is dual sided so no matter which way i'm going i'm still making progress. Potatoes, zucchini, cucumber, butternut squash, apples and, onions are a breeze. It is so easy making vegetable noodles which is a much healthier choice for our family.
This is stainless steel so there is no rusting or corrosion at all to deal with. it's 100% dishwasher safe. I received this at a discounted price to do the review. My opinion is 100% my own.
