This is something great for my readers and us :) I peel a lot of vegetables here. Also It is a julienne. So I can cut vegi's into the perfectly thin slice that my hands alone will not let me do. I try to slice vegi's and make them pretty but, I can't do it. My brain says "Oh, This will be perfect!" but, my hands say "Don't Lie" I am not good at a consistent, even cuts.

It has a great handle size and shape, I an peel a whole pan of potatoes without having to shake the cramps out of my hand at all. It's a smooth cut. I love the side piece that I can do decorative digs that make for a great presentation piece.
