One this that we have found that we don't like to go without is Sweetly Citron. It's a great bug repellent so I can be outside doing what I want to do without worrying about the bugs getting to me. I have that sweet blood ya know. If there is a biting, stinging insect in 50 miles it will find me.
It has a nice scent that isn't too strong. It doesn't irritate my skin and it lasts a long time, I don't have to keep spraying it on. It's mild enough to use on Abby and Cassie but strong enough to work good. These are the kids that will itch over nothing. I highly recommend it.
That right there bring me to this. Biodegradable Peat Pots by Ramini Brands. This way I can get my seeds started and then when they are ready to get in the ground, there isn't a lengthy transplant process. The whole little pot goes right into the ground and breaks up on it's own.
It makes our gardening so much easier. The kids love it too. It is so awesome starting seeds and watching their progress into a beautiful flower. there are so many life lessons that can be taught with flowers. I love them. I'm hoping I can actually make the seeds turn into flowers this year. :)
So, who loves bugs? No one I know!! I love this Magnetic Screen Door. It couldn't have come at a better time. The weather just broke and it is finally warm outside. Along with the warm comes the sun shine, rain, flowers, and BUGS. I don't like getting bit or stung, I don't like my windows and doors shut when it's so nice outside. Something that I like to use and teach my girls to know how to use is the Magnesium Survival Fire Starter. It is so small to be so important. I don't let my girls play with fire or recommend starting fires but they do need to know incase of an emergency smoke is seen and fire is warm. My oldest daughter is a girl scout and has know how to use one for a long time and her knowledge has moved to Cassie which is awesome to me.
