He started cooking last night around 7 and that carried over until about 2 a.m. Then they rested until this morning and went right back in. He got to use 2 of the most awesome grill accessories ever. The Grill Light by Grilluminator and Digital Meat Thermometer by QuickTemp.
The grill light is so Awesome!! It has a screw clamp feature that works great for the handle of the grill. When it's open the head pivots so he can adjust where the light shines. There are so many great features about this light. The way the light attaches there is no heat obstruction when the lid is closed. The absolute best feature is the on/off. It is sensitive enough to swipe with the back of his hand so he doesn't have to get food or mess on the light.
This is the first time I got to review such a cool light. We love grill accessories. In the summer time we grill more than we cook inside and these are awesome.
The other awesome product he used is the Digital Meat Thermometer by QuickTemp. This has the most accurate gauge I have ever used in the kitchen. I was amazed. This is so sensitive it can tell the temp in the room. Aron used it with the smoker on his Boston Butt, St Louis style ribs and the Baby Back ribs, I turned it on bringing it to him and the readout was increasing. I ran it under cool water to see if what I was seeing was correct. I took it out of the water and there it was. 73.4 That's how warm it was in my kitchen. I went outside to the thermometer it's a mercury kind. It read 66. The Quicktemp read 67.2 Every single thermometer I checked abound the house, the Quick temp Digital Meat Thermometer was right on it.
I can't say enough about either one of these products. I really hope I get t work with these companies again. If these age so cool, what else do they have :)
