This is why the BakeItFun Kneading Dough Bag has made a hit in our kitchen. Tonight I made some peanut butter cookies YUM!! One of Aron's favorites, if not THE FAVORITE. I don't make them very much because of his diabetes I don't like the temptation right in his face.
This bag is so awesome. I put the dough in it and I was able to make it so smooth and creamy without breaking my wrist or blowing a forearm muscle on it. It is so easy to use. I love the zip ties that come with it. Everything that has to rise can stay in the bag. It wont get hard or dry out because it's zip tied.
