One thing that I have found that really helps is the Computer Reading Glasses by 626 Alphareaders. I got mine on Amazon.
They make such a big difference and they are so comfortable to wear. Mine are a 1.0. That isn't too much of a difference but it is just enough to really keep my eyes from wearing out so fast and getting so tired.
I hate it when I'm in the middle of a project and my eyes want to close and start to water and it's only 11 am. I know that I can feel confident in how I look if I have to take a video chat with one of the companies I am working for. They look like reading glasses I would get from the eye doctor, not over the counter frames.
