I have spent so many years working 3rd shift and trying to get my schedule into one that would be productive as a human being. I can definitely tell you when the world is alive and thriving from day light til dark, it's really hard to get good restful sleep.
One way that really helps is light eliminating Sleep Mask by Sleep Well. This thing is amazing!! It has such a comfortable soft surface that is so nice to wear.
It has a nose ridge that is so soft too. That really makes such a difference. No light gets through these. The only thing that would make it better is noise reducing ear plugs. That's why they came with it!!
With this sleep mask and ear plugs, it really makes my mind feel like it's night time and I really get the sleep that I feel like that I am missing. I haven't had such a restful sleep in so long. With this system, It is no problem at all.
I love the velcro strap, it sticks to itself, not to my hair. I have long hair and when it gets ripped out it hurts.
