So, Who loves snacks? I know I do! Last night we had an awesome sleep over with my nieces and had a blast!!! We had a day trip and went and picked out fireworks for today's 4th of July festivities.
Stopped out for ice cream grabbed a bucket of fried chicken, mashed taters, mac n cheese, and had a BLAST!!
This morning to continue in the great weekend, Barista Scones. These are AMAZING!! Not o only that, they are easy to make. I went to our Walmart and got them out of the dairy section. We picked out Blueberry and Orange and Cranberry.
I was able to have the fridge, prep, oven, and served in less than 20 minutes. That is so awesome for a home baked, Saturday morning, Fourth of July, breakfast treat.
They are in a a rectangular shape of dough that has the perforated lines for easy breaking.
I broke them into pieces and put them on the cookie sheet....
Baked for 12-13 minutes (not even enough time to fold and put away a load of laundry)
Pulled out and frosted them with the packet of frosting that came in the pack...
And Ta Dah... Complete Awesomeness!!!
We love these. They are easy and kid friendly. No mess home baking.
