Women are beautiful creatures. We have curves! I want to share some awesome stuff for women that will make you feel good all over. As some of my long time readers my know, I have lost over 100 lbs. It was hard!I an not going to lie. It was a lot easier gaining the weight.

I am really wanting to get this last 20 ponds off and keep it off like the 100. I know I can do it. I just need to get started. To be honest, taking the HUGE step from talking about it to putting in motion is the hardest part for me. It's not hard thinking or talking about it. It's hard getting out of my chair and just getting it done.

So... Lets make this fun. Do you remember the Skip-Its when we were kids? You know, the toy you put on your ankle and swing it round and it makes you skip and hop all over the place. It was a blast!! Well, guess what! Empower has made these possible for us women.

This is so cool. AND SO VERY FUN! It makes getting exercise not so much of a chore. The features I like are the soft ankle strap, It means I can move freely in pants or bare skinned ankles. Soft textured ball so my floor won't be scuffed and my other leg is safe in case I miss (Yes that happens).
The cord is strong and stretchy. This whole system is fun and easy to use.

For all of those achy muscles, a muscle roller, oh ya. This roller by Vigor Fitness has a nice textured grip so even the tiredest hands can work out those stiff muscles. The over sized sections rotate independently and have grooves. This is really awesome. It feels like small strong hands all over my back.

This is my first muscle roller. I didn't know that it would work so good, I wish I would have gotten one sooner. It has a strap on the handle so it easy to store when it's not being used. One of the features I love is that I can tighten the bar to make the sections move freely or tighter so they are firmly in place.
