Step by Step To a Better Me with OZO Fitness

We are so close to the new year and I am wanting to work towards a better me. I know I can do it. I have wanted to for years now but, it is time to just do it. Every goal in life is achieved by the first step. I am counting my steps to the top with this....

SC1 OZO Pedometer. This is so awesome. I have wanted one for years and I finally have one now. This is so easy to use and is so accurate. I have went as far as counting out loud as I walk to make sure it works accurately. I want to know how much effort I am putting in.

I am using a chart to keep track of my progress. Every day I want to walk more than the day before. Even if it is just one more step than the day before, I want to keep moving forward.

This is keeping a track of a weeks worth of steps for me. The buttons are so easy to use. It has a clock too so I can time myself. The options on this Pedometer are awesome and put me in complete control of my own pace.

I can keep track of how many miles/km I have traveled too. I am just all the way around very satisfied with this pedometer.
