Keeping my work separate from all the home life stuff is nearly impossible. I am constantly refereeing, momming, and wifing and that stops me from working. That turns a 1 hour job into a 2 day process.
Starting with the decorations, I have been making my office area a little more office like and making it more "My Own Place" :)
Aron gets me flowers a lot. I love it when he gets them. But, they don't fit on my desk anymore so, I have to keep them in the kitchen or on the other side of the living room and I don't get to enjoy them. An awesome and thoughtful alternative to that is the 24K Gold and Red Crystal Double Rose Ornament.
It has a hollowed round base and is balanced so well. The packaging it came in is perfect for gift giving. It is wrapped it pretty white paper with their logo on it. It comes with a very soft green velvet bag with a drawstring and is cased in a hard cardboard box that the top lifts off of.
It is a presentation on it's own. The rose is absolutely gorgeous. It's 24K Gold Plated and Red Crystal 2 stems with one blooming rose and one rose bud. I just love it. It sits on my desk speaker and makes an elegant addition to my work space.
I love looking at it. It makes my space feel more professional instead of cluttered up.
Another probably more nontraditional piece I have over here is a Two-sided Tabletop Swivel Makeup Mirror. I know that's more of a dresser addition but I am always doing video's and video chat, I HATE running through the house looking for my makeup, trying to get it all together. I don't have to anymore. I have it all together right here.
I can't believe how easy this thing is to put together. I really appreciate that all of it was individually wrapped to prevent scratching and breaking.
This is a beautiful mirror that has a regular reflection and a magnified side also. It is really clear. It doesn't have dark spots or shadows in it. It's a really nice quality mirror.
I love looking at it. It makes my space feel more professional instead of cluttered up.
