We like omelets. one of the reasons for that is we can do whatever we want to an omelet and the recipe is right. I'm not the best cook in the world but, I can make an egg!!!
I am going to tell you all of our household favorites.
Aron's Ham and Cheese Omelette
He likes 3 eggs, as much diced up ham as the 3 eggs can bind together, and mixed in with shredded cheddar cheese. and a handful on top once it's plated.
Abby's Sausage, Bacon, and Cheese Omelette
She likes 2 eggs with sausage and bacon cut up in pieces and shredded cheddar cheese in it.
Cassie's Sausage Link and Cheese Omelette A.K.A. Mood Swing Omelet
Cassie likes sausage links only when it comes to breakfast meats. So even though she wants sausage links in her omelette she always picks them out. She wants them whole so she can eat them with her fingers. It's really funny, really. She's a big girl but mom still knows what she wants :)
All of these options are awesome. I like them all with a hand full of onions, peppers, and tomatoes, I will be happy. I love it being run through the garden and back.
One thing that helps us get the perfect omelet every time is the TECHEF - Frittata and Omelette Pan. This is so nice This is such a cool pan. I have never had a pan like this before and the whole family loves it. We are a big family and make a lot of omelets.
Things I really like about this pan: The even cooking, No need for a spatula,
- Easy to hold handle.
- Smooth hinge with no squeaking.
- No gaps, I don't lose my ingredients.
- Very easy clean up
- This is just so neat, I can put everything I want into my omelet. I'm not limited by the amount of cheese, vegetables, or meat that I put in it.
- When I'm done using it, the clean up is so easy. Wipe it out and it's done. No cooking spray is needed so there is no build-up on it. I love this pan!
