Being healthy is so important. We are in cold and flu season. Staying above the sickness is pretty rough and sometimes unavoidable. What we do to keep us the best that we can is vitamins and dietary supplements. Misol is a brand that takes into consideration all of the things that we need in a fast absorbing easy to use vitamins. We received 2 products from Misol. The Misol D3 and the Misol B12 sprays.

Aron's doctor recommended him to take vitamins about 2 years ago. We found out he wasn't absorbing his vitamins the way he should be. It's scary to think that the things that you count on to make your body healthy aren't working the way you had expected them to. We need him to be healthy.

Misol offers supplements in a spray instead of a pill form. It's so neat. The spray cuts down on time and increases the amount that is absorbed. The only way to get more out of it is to get it in intravenous form.
From the chart above you can see what I mean. A tablet, capsule, and gel cap are the most popular at the stores. I have always taken my vitamins in those forms until we found out about the absorption rate and how much we were not getting out of it.

The spray is easy to use and is easy to add into our diets. 2 sprays per serving are all it takes and there are 100 servings per bottle.

What makes this so awesome for us is there is no funky indigestion or bad tasting burps. No constipation or diarrhea. That's a huge factor in if we will be sticking to a new regimen. We have bought so many vitamins and out of all of them, we have been able to stick with maybe half. The rest get stuffed in the bathroom cabinet or passed off to family and friends that might want to try it out.

These ones definitely pass the text. The minty taste isn't overpowering and is very tolerable.
