These guys go through so many eggs it's awesome and ridiculous. They like eggs on everything. I love that. Since Cassie decided he wanted to be vegetarian, finding foods that have enough protein has been a concern. We agreed she can go vegetarian all she wants as long as she eats chicken and eggs. She gladly accepted. It's been almost a month and she's still going strong.
So, getting crafty with the eggs has been a must. She likes scrambled, poppy, fried, and omelets. I can work with that. Teaching her to do it on her own has been a task, though. So guess what i did. Yes, you know me, I found an amazing product to help :)

It's awesome having no overhang and mess of eggs that cook the way they land in the pan. Or scrambled eggs that are in hunks. That's great for a plate breakfast but a sandwich style egg scrambled or fried, is much easier, whole.
So place your clean egg ring in the pan and put the egg in the ring. Let it form on the bottom, flip, and let it finish cooking. Tadah!! Perfectly round egg every time!
Making omelets is easy too. Add any ingredients you want into the bowl whip it up and pour into the rings let it cook flip and you're done.
Know what else is awesome in these rings? Pancakes!! I can fit a few rings in the pan at a time and they are the same size!!
