There are so many delicious mixed drinks out there that are so easy to make. If you have a taste for something specific, it's so easy to satisfy that craving with a refreshing drink. We just got to work with Pearl Vodka on a review of their Blueberry Vodka.
The recipe that came with it for Blue Raz Sour Patch Kids Cosmo looks so good, I don't know how I hadn't heard of it before. It's the perfect drink for the Halloween in all of us grow-ups. It's a definite treat, not a trick.
Blue Raz Sour Patch Kids Cosmo
Ingredients:
2 oz. Pearl® Blueberry Vodka
1 oz. Raspberry Sour Patch Kids-infused Pearl® Vodka*
1 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix
2 tsp. Fresh Lime Juice
Instructions:
Shake well with ice in a shaker and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with one blueberry and one raspberry or with your desired number of raspberry/berry (blue) Sour Patch Kids candies!
*For the infusion:
Soak ½ cup of raspberry Sour Patch Kids candies in a mason jar with about 1 cup of Pearl® Vodka overnight, or up to 24 hours. Do not soak for longer than 24 hours. Strain vodka into a separate jar or straight into the shaker to combine with the rest of your Cosmo ingredients!
There are more drinks that can be made with Blue Berry Vodka. I had no idea how popular it actually is. I found their awesome list of recipes and I don't know that I can allow myself to close this tab before I try them all!
One of my favorite drinks has always been lemonade. I love the tart refreshing flavor. Do you know what Pearl has done to it? Oh yes, Electrified it!! Look at this recipe.
Electric Lemonade
Ingredients
1½ oz. Pearl® Blueberry Vodka
¼ oz. Juárez® Triple Sec
Splash of Arrow® Blue Curacao
Lemonade
Splash of Lemon Lime Soda
Instructions:
Pour Pearl® Blueberry, triple sec, and blue Curacao into a highball filled with ice. Fill with lemonade and splash of lemon-lime soda.
Finding recipes like this really brings out my inner 20 somethings. I want to have them all. Finding fun drinks that are appealing to all of the senses is just a pour away!
