10 Ideas For Pull Bows This Holiday Season

What do you use to decorate with? I love the holiday cheer and all of its glory. I am a Who, not a Grinch. Well, as far as decorations go anyway. I love the sparkles and frills that bring out the seasons full potential. I love bows. There is so much you can do with them.

I just got to work on a review of SKINOSM Pull Bows, and I love them. They have such vibrant colors and the strings are secure.

I did a post last year or the year before on how to wrap a gift. Not to toot my own horn or anything, I am pretty good at it. We do gift a lot of people. Almost all of the products we review throughout the year that we don't keep for ourselves turns into a birthday or Christmas gift for someone.

It's a great feeling to be able to share with so many people. So, I'm always the one that gets to wrap. Since most of them are not boxed in their original boxes, I get pretty crafty.

Take your roll of paper and roll it out on a flat surface. From one end of your gift, roll the product across the paper to make sure you have enough paper to cover the edges. Make sure you leave a comfortable excess to have something to tape.

Cut as evenly as you can using the roll as your guide.

Once you have cut the paper, canter the gift with the back up so you don't have seams in the wrong place.

If you have a large amount of excess paper, push the gift to one end but make sure you have enough t cover to bottom. Folding the paper is a good way to guestimate. Do the same with the other end and trim the excess, Use the gift as a guide, don't cut too close.

With the open ends, fold opposite ends in and tape them together. One will overlap the other. That will leave you with 2 triangles sticking out from the sides. You can gently press to the point to give yourself tight edges. Fold them in and tape at the center. That will give you a perfectly flat and straight taped surface. Repeat the process with the other side.

Now that you have a perfectly wrapped box (this works for any size of 4 sided gifts). Throw a bow and a tag on it and it's done!!

A boxed gift is easy enough. Put the bow on the box- done :)

Its the same with an unwrapped gift too big or too small. The one awesome thing about a gift that's too small, the strings are really long since they are the length of the whole ribbon, they can be cut to size around the gift.

For hair decorations, you can go to any store really. Walmart, Amazon, Michaels, anywhere that has basic accessories. The bows that I have, are so easy to use.

They are flat ribbons that you hold and pull the string and it makes a bow. Tie the ends and you're done. It's a bow.

Hot gluing or just tieing them to the basic hair accessory makes a great, inexpensive, holiday accessory. Some holiday hair accessories range from $5 to $20 each. These can be made for under $1.

To make tree decorations, all you need to do is tie the bows to a limb. hot glue it to a hook, popsicle stick, jingle bell or anything like that, ta-dah, ornaments!!

For a wreath, there are SO MANY different variations and they are all RIGHT. If you make a wreath of only bows or jazz up a traditional wreath with extra bows, they are all beautiful.

Tieing up Misltoe is easy too. I would recommend using hot glue and fixing the string to make it a little fancier.

I received these bows for a reduced price to facilitate this review. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us directly at [email protected] or [email protected]
