We love cooking at home and when we can do it with great pans and recipes, it makes a meal so much better when it comes out of the pan whole and not stuck to it. I know I have been honest when I let you all know that I'm not the greatest off chef. It's our family raz that I cook with the phonebook not a cookbook.
Since I have been using the Red Copper pans, I'm not only more confident in my cooking ability and the family isn't picking on me as bad. It makes for great meals all the way around. I know the pain of my youngest daughter crying because she can't eat the food that I made when I tried so hard to make it. We both cried, then we got pizza.
The 9.5 inch Square Dance Pan has some really great features.

These are all amazing features for a pan. I can cook literally anything in here. I can make fried eggs and Texas toast right after with no sticking. I can fry sausage and pancakes side by side, no sticking! I can make a pizza in here and NO Sticking, warping or burning. This is a phenomenal tool for the kitchen.

I'm not going to giveaway all of the secrets of the recipes but I do have a few favorites that I have to share with you guys. So, out of each category, I am going to give you my favorites.
Breakfast & Brunch
My favorite recipe is Strawberry Banana French Toast. The name alone makes my mouth water. Yum yum yum yum yum! Fresh fruit on a grilled/toasty thick bread. topped with powdered sugar and whipped cream. DELICIOUS!
OK, I lied, 2 favorites. Baked Apple Pancake. Do you know what I would do with this if no one was home? Leave no evidence of the event, that's what. I would eat it ALL. The delicious flavor of an apple pie but baked with the caky texture of a pancake. Holy Mackerel.
Appetizers & Snacks
Spicy BBQ Party Franks
This is a great recipe for any party. We made this one for out football party last week. What makes it so awesome is it is easily adjustable. if you want a little more heat or a little more sweet, just do it!!
Dinner Time Favorites.
Bacon Crusted Hawaiian Pizza
Does that even need an explanation? Our girls love Hawaiian pizza and this one is so simple to make. They LOVE bacon so, having it all around the crust is a bonus for sure.
Sizzling Side Dishes
Asparagus with no cook Creamy Mustard Sauce
I love this section. I could probably live off the side dishes in this book. My favorite is the Asparagus with no cook creamy mustard sauce. It's easy to make and has such a little time for prep. It's awesome to have a great side dish is a short amount of time.
Delicious Desserts
This whole section, yes, the whole thing is amazing. Sauteed Apples Supreme is the first one in the book and the first one I am going to make. I haven't made it yet but, it's going to happen. I love apples and this just looks absolutely deliciously amazing.
