This is the BenQ Screen Bar e-reading light. This light attaches to the monitor by balancing with a counterweight. It's very easy to install too. Really, it just sets on to the counterweight and that's it. It balances on the top of the monitor to give extra light where you need it most.
I really like it that the power supply is the computer. That means it's just as portable as me. I can use this on my desktop or laptop. It's lightweight and doesn't get in the way. The power cord goes in the back so the wire doesn't get in the way at all. There's no screen blocking at all.
It spend hours looking at a screen every day, it makes a real difference in the tiredness and strains my eyes feel. I have a bad habit of getting up very early and working or if I wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall asleep, I will turn my lamp on dim and work. With the SreenBar e-reading, Aron doesn't say "Babe, Seriously" as he's rolling over. He doesn't even notice it's on.

Dim (sun icon) - The far left button is to choose the brightness or dimness of the light. I can either touch and hold or tap to find your perfect light brightness.
Temperature (thermostat icon) - The next button in is the warmth. this lets you see is an orange or blue/white light. This contrast is great for different times of the day. I prefer the bluish light.
Auto Adjust (square)- The auto adjusts button gets the light just right for the lighting around the area.
Power Button (power icon)- on/off
This is so easy to use, no tools needed and the perfect addition to every workspace. The tool-free assembly is perfect for people like me that don't want to spend hours adjusting the head. This light has the counterweight on the back that balances the weight of the light on the front. It is so easy and effortless to make such a huge improvement in my eyes and workspace.
