Geting a special gift can be ticky sometims.  Finding the perfect something to say the pefect something. Ya, mindblowing and even sometimes frustating. I can recall on silly agument that i'm not even sure if it can be called an argument,. Maybe an outbust with commentary? I'll call it that.

Aron said (2 days before Christmas) I haven't gotten you you anything, why ae you so hard to shop for?
I said, I'm not hard to shop for, I will love anything you get me and I don't want or need anything. That should make it easier.
He replied, no, you don't want or need anything, I have no direction, I want you to feel special like I feel. You are getting gift cards, buy your own stuff, i'll wrap it, from me.
Now, at this point, he was fustrated neraly to the point of tears and added, can't you just want something and I will get exactly that?

I never looked at it fom that point of view. I always thought by being a gacious gift ecipient, it would make it easier to not ask for anything. Just to gladly accept anything that is given. In reality, it's stessing because the gifter doesn't have a direction when shopping. So, seeing that, I have been trying hard to at least come up with a theme for the holidays.

Gift giving is supposed to be special and rewarding feeling, not frustrating and agonizing. Thats why I love what I do. I get to work with some of the most amazing companies finding things to share with you that will help you along your way.

So, from delivery, I was impressed. The tissue wrapping was a nice touch.



Opening the package, it came with the card that the necklace is on that has the inspirational quote. In addition to that is has a little bit of the back story for Ruthie and Olive. This is a company that started because of a desire to do more. To reach more people on a more personal level. Every necklace sold provides 3 meals to a family in need. So far (I checked today) as of March 5th, 2018, they have donated over 14, 900 meals. That is A Lot!
