So many people suffer from minor aches and pains. Anything can cause it too so it's not like you can always avoid it. For me, even walking too long of a stretch causes discomfort. It can be anything, really. Sitting at my desk typing all day can literally be straining.
So let's talk about ways to ease it up and relieve the pain right at home. I have 5 common ways to get the kinks out, without having to go see a specialist.
Muscle Rub
As a topical pain reliever, Menthonol, is very beneficial when it comes to muscle aches, joint pain, sprains, etc. It has been in use for as long as I can remember. It simply goes on over the affected area to get deep into the tissue to relieve common aches and pains.
We know a lot about muscle aches. It doesn't take much to really wad yourself up. Sitting at the desk and typing for a long period of time, walking a long way, or even people like Aron that get muscle cramps for no good reason at all, Menthonol® is an awesome resource to have.
This isn't just for muscle aches either. Aron has Arthritis. He calls it uncle Arthur coming to visit. It's great for joint pain all over the body including hands, feet, knees, shoulders, wrists, ankles, you name it, it works.
Our oldest daughter was in marching band for years and has permanent damage to her ankles due to severe sprains. While her dedication is more than admirable, she has permanent irreversible damage to her ankle joints that we treat at home. With topical treatments, braces, and wraps, that's how she gets through her day. Menthonol is something that the whole family can benefit from using. It's a real person's day-to-day treatment.
There are very simple directions for use too, see below for full instructions from their website.

This is one of those feel-good non-prescription medications that is great to have on hand all of the time. It's really easy to use too. The pump bottle is so much easier than the tubes that squeeze and make a mess everywhere. Pump it out and rub it on, done.
