I have been racking my brain trying to come up with easier ways to have better lighter meals. This winter was not nice to my waistline. To be completely honest, I have never packed on weight in the winter months like I have this year. Now that I want to sit here and cry to you about it, I was a size 12 last summer I put on a pair of short this weekend and well, didn't get them on. Super Sad Face!!

I know me, it's my poor eating habits and lack of movement. I spend most of my time sitting right here, typing and thinking not actually doing anything proactive towards my goal. Healthier eating choices is the first step in the right direction.
