What do you bring with you when you go on a water adventure? Making sure you have the proper clothing, sun protection, and other essentials make for a successful fun day! There are so many things to take into consideration when you are packing for your trip. What's the weather, will it be indoors or outdoors, is it public or private?

For a nice sandy beach with public walking, I would definitely recommend flip flops. Going to the beach doesn't have to mean the ocean. We live in the mountains so there are other kinds of adventures. Walking around at the lake diving off of the docks and wading in the water just like at the ocean are so much fun.


Just so you know, you don't have to be on a wilderness adventure to need a good pair of flip-flops. When you are traveling and staying in a resort with a pool, it is always recommended to have a good pair of slip-resistant shoes so you don't fall on the tile.


It's so nice to be able to relax and let the air get to your feet. When it's hot outside, no one wants their feet bound up in hot heavy shoes but you still need protection from any sharp or slippery surfaces.
