We are always up for new products that play into home security. We love making sure what is ours, is safe from people that it does not belong to. The same goes inside the house for the little guys getting into stuff that is not for their little hands.
Baby gates were designed to keep the babies safe and the parents sane. I don't know which was the first thought BUT, equally valid. As parents, we want nothing but the best for our kids. We want them safe healthy and happy. Baby gates accomplish so much for us.
My kids are all too big for gates, I just lock my bedroom door and hide from them when they start getting into too much stuff. Before you judge my parenting, it was a habit I picked up from them hahahaha. They are all teenagers now.
When the new generation of little ones come over or when we want to keep our fur babies in the other room, the gates have to go up. We have family dinners and for holiday's the gates go up, they have to. The house isn't baby proof anymore. Since we have painted and built on an addition to the house, we do our best to not make marks on the walls. vmaisi baby gate wall protectors are the way to go.
We just got a 4 pack of the white cups. They are so simple to use too. No hardware came with these but, only a little bit of adhesive or screw is all that's needed. I prefer the double-sided sticky discs myself. They go right on the rubber stoppers on the gate and stick the cups right to it.
The cups have a rubber-like textured wavey pattern on the back to absorb the pressure of the gate. What that does is allow the gate to stay in place securely without leaving marks on the walls!!
With my gate, there are no tools were required. My gate is a one-piece gate system that we have had for years but it still works great. The only two issues I was having is it was sliding out of the door easily and it was leaving marks on my door frame.
The vmaisi baby gate wall protectors fixed both of those issues in a matter of minutes. It would have been faster than that but, I am uncoordinated and gates hate me. It was a very simple process.
Using my sticky discs, I applied them to the gate and then peeled off the paper.
I stuck the wall protector to the gate ends.
I put the gate up.
Done.

These are great! I definitely wish that I would have known about these when mine were little! They would make a great baby shower gift!
ReplyDeleteI think gates are a good idea. Nearly every house with toddlers has them, lol. And needs them!
