Do you like figurines or trinket boxes? I do. Every time I go to a flea market or yard sale, that's something I look for. I have a love for the antique little boxes that are used for jewelry holders. My great grama had several boxes that I admired when I was little and that love never left me. When I had the opportunity to work on a review of a Vintage Metalic Rose Engraved Jewelry Treasure Chest Box I gladly accepted.



This mini silver treasure chest is absolutely beautiful. It's a silver box that is painted mainly white with blue roses and green leaves, trimmed in the silver. It is an absolutely stunning box. It's lined with blue velvet. If I wouldn't have gotten it for myself, it would have made an amazing gift. Since these are available in three colors, I am still adding it onto my Christmas wish list.



The box measures  3.9 x 3 x 3.4 inches. It's the perfect size to set on a dresser or side table for display or for an overnight jewelry holder. I think it would make a great stand-alone piece or an addition to a collection.



What I love about this box is it is decorated all the way around. No matter what position the box is in, the intricate design is visible. On the inside, the entire surface is covered. It gives it such an elegant and unique piece.

I think this would make a great gift idea. I can see this being a part of a well-thought marriage proposal. It's such a nice keepsake.
