10 Steps To A Younger Looking You!

The secret of youth has been searched since the beginning of time it seems like. There have always been wishes of looking and feeling younger and healthier. Many researchers have done some experiments to find ways to slow down the aging process. While others have found ways to make us appear to look younger with makeups and other products. It's amazing really. Just to be able to harness that feeling of years past when we look in the mirror. My mom is of those ageless classic beauties. She has looked the same since I was a little girl.

There are some techniques which have been implemented, but the most important things for us to do are being consistent in implementing healthy lifestyle and eating habits. Our bodies are a lot like our work. You can easily expect to get out of it, what you put in. Treat your body like the masterpiece it was intended to be and your hard work will pay off.

We can’t stop the natural change, but we can still look younger if we want to work hard to slow the process by being proactive in it. It's New Years Day, 2019 and starting today, you can make a whole new you, if you put the effort into it.

I've put together a list of things you can do to improve your overall look and feel. Just think about it, you try so hard to make the house perfect for your family, your work perfect for your boss, your relationship perfect for yourself, etc. Take some time to make this year a new year for yourself and make you, the happiest you, you can be.

Replenish - Make sure your body is getting what it needs to boost what time has taken away. Heivy Liquid Collagen Formula helps replace what your body isn't making naturally. Collagen is what keeps our skin looking youthful and wrinkle-free. It slows down the older we get making us look wrinkly and saggy. This is a great way to bring those levels back up. It's also great for hair and nails.

Detox – It’s important to start detoxification, getting rid of toxin from our body. Our body metabolism has done that process, but in everyday life, we are exposed to so many chemical hazards from air, food, and environment. Fasting or just consuming fruits and vegetables are ways to detoxify our body.

Sleep – Having enough sleep at least 6-8 hours a day will make our skin healthier. Having a good sleep is also important because growth hormone is working during that time. It renews the old cells of our body, including the skin cells. Those tired overworked eyes will really appreciate all of the help.

Exercise – Through routine exercise, we will feel happier, energetic, and confident. It also increases our bone density and muscle which can make our body look 15-20 years younger. Exercise can seem impossible with a super hectic schedule, believe me, I know!  Really, it's easy to find the time. Get those arms and legs moving on your way to lunch, do simple exercises at your desk. Devote that few minutes to yourself every day and it will pay off.

Relax – This might seem impossible but it's very important. By trying to be relaxed, our face will look younger. I have whats called resting B face, constantly. Stress and worries have taken over my face more than I would like to admit. If we can manage our stress and feel at peace, our face will look younger and not so mean. That may sound funny but I have people asking if I'm ok constantly and I find it offensive.

I can be having the best day ever and minding my own business, getting some work done then out of nowhere a comment like- "who ruined your day?". It leaves me wanting to say "well, you did just now, why?" But, I don't and blame it on my concentration. To be honest, I think I'm making that face right now! Just because I'm not smiling, people think I'm mad about something. No, it's just my face.

Be Positive – A positive mind and affirmation we said can bring positive life to us. Negative thought tends to bring failure and make us look older and unattractive. Meditation is one way to make positive thoughts.

Regular Check-ups – Just like a car, our body also needs attention and care so it can work well every day. Having routine medical checkups during our healthy time is important to recognize diseases as soon as possible. Waiting until you are falling apart to go to the doctor may be too late in some circumstances.

Active Life – Always try to be active during your life. Activities can increase health; and if you are in your elder age, your memory will increase too. I don't mean crazy, hectic lifestyle but being active like taking the time to walk somewhere once in a while, getting out and playing, go swimming on the hot days, take the time for you to enjoy your activity. It will pay off in the long run.

Social Life – Happy social life can increase our spirit, bring a peaceful mind, and make us feel and look younger. Communication with our friends, family, neighbors, colleagues, and others can bring happiness to us. Even though it's easier to concentrate when you have time to be focused, being interactive with other people and having a good communication can be vital in your success. Take a while to laugh, cry, talk, and share other emotions.

Performance – Start to look at our performance. Is our body weight ideal for us? If not, try to fix that to the best ideal weight. Also look to the skin, hair, nail, and teeth. Those are important as they will show our age. Looks good and feels good will increase our performance. (Heivy Liquid Collagen!!)

Confidence is a huge factor in all of this. It's really important to be confident in ourselves and our decisions. I may not be the ideal body size, yet. But I am aiming to be confident in myself while I'm trying to get there.
