Is Morning Pep Xylitol a Sugar Substitute That Fits In Your Life

We have been trying to find substitutes for all of our high-calorie foods and so far, sugar is at the top of the list. There are so many sugar substitutes on the market and so many things to take into consideration when deciding. Something we have used for over 3 years now is Morning Prep Xylitol. There are so many uses for this awesome sugar substitute.

Some sweeteners have such a sweet taste that they don't compare to sugar at any rate. One substitute that we have used before, Morning Prep Xylitol. This is something that I can use because of my weight conscious goals and something Aron can use to help keep his tastebuds and his blood sugar levels in the normal range. Common Sugar Has A Glycemic Index Score of 85-100 While Morning Pep Xylitolcolor=BLUE> Has A Glycemic Index of Only 7. That is a huge difference. When we can make a splurge and know that the sugar isn't a factor, we can snack unconsciously.

Sugar is such a common ingredient in recipes. Not just snacks but glazes, bread, and sauces that can really hike up calorie intake and your blood sugar without even realizing it. We have noticed that while monitoring Aron's sugar from his fasting blood sugar to his nonfasting blood sugar.

By using Xylitol, we can enjoy the foods we love with no blowback. Some foods have sugar added to them as an ingredient while others have sugar as a finishing ingredient. Cereal and coffee are the two most common foods in our house with added sweetness. Since this sugar substitute has the exact same measurement, sweetening the stuff we love or cooking is just the same.

One thing I didn't even know was a benefit of using this product is the dental aspect. The manufacturer says by incorporating Xylitol in your diet or by making your own Xylitol toothpaste and mouthwash, you can kill bad breath bacteria and ward off tooth decay.

You don't have to eat Xylitol to feel the positive impact of it. You can use this as a face scrub/body scrub to help exfoliant.

Because it is a natural ingredient, it is loaded with great minerals and vitamins.  Potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, phosphorous, iron, sodium, and Amino Acids. It is also rich in vitamin C And B-vitamins like thiamine. Morning Pep Xylitol gives a guilt-free sweetener that you can feel good about!

Check out Morning Pep Xylitol and see what kind of difference it makes for you and your diet.
