How is your sleeping? Do you sleep good, all the way through the night? Do you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day with full focus and the ability to concentrate? If you said yes, please tell me how!!

This is the classic case of "It's not me, it's you". My husband has so many old injuries and chronic pain issues that he doesn't sleep well at all. His restlessness keeps me up. I know every time he wakes up. I don't mean to but while he's laying there twitching and flip-flopping all over the place, I am laying there awake thinking that maybe if I duct tape him to the bed for about 4 hours, we would both sleep better.

Since I love him and his whole man hairy body and would feel bad for the tape removal process and nothing else. I wouldn't actually tape him down. It probably wouldn't work anyway. HAHA But, as an alternative, I have slept in my office chair, the recliner, the opposite end of the bed (until I got kicked in the shoulder), and even considered- strongly considered, sleeping on our hardwood floor, that may be, just maybe, the backache in the morning wouldn't be that bad.  I'm still tossing that one around in my head.

On a very serious note, I have tried so many sleep aids from pillows to weighted blankets, leg elevators, circulation helpers, and to top it off, we have been through 6 mattresses in the past 4 years trying to help the problem. I know I am not sleeping good because he isn't sleeping well.  If I have this much thought put into it, I know he has to have twice as much.

I read a review of a certain pillow that I would love to try. The F1F2 Memory Foam Pillow Cubes. It looks like it just might do the trick/

I have never seen pillows made out of cubes before. It has so many cool features that it has to definitely worth the try. The 2 sided feature is awesome. It makes the pillow perfect for everyone!

The two sides of the F1F2 memory pillow are made of different materials, and one side is easy to be indented. It is suitable for people who like soft pillows and short pillows. It is not easy to be crushed on one side, suitable for people who like hard pillows and high pillows, there is always one side suitable for you
