All of this talk about Christmas wish lists has really sparked some thoughts on gift requests in my favor. If I wrote a letter to Santa and listed things I really wanted, I would definitely be explaining how I should be on the "Nice List". I worked super hard this year and feel like I made it!




If I could combine the "wish" list with a "practical gift ideas for me" list, it would include a new office makeover. Not so much a whole office makeover but some serious desk upgrade pieces and organization products. That would make my life so much easier.
I work 2 full-time jobs. I am a waitress on first shift. I get up at 3:30am so I can open the store by 5:30. No, it doesn't take me 2 hours to get ready, I spend half of that time sitting on the side of my bed, cheering myself on, to stand up and get moving. That is 100% the truth. I used to open my eyes and my feet would hit the floor and off I'd go, not so much anymore.

My second job is on this website. This is a passion of mine and If I am not at work or caring for my family, I am at my desk writing to all of you. Keeping it comfortable and organized is almost impossible because of my small space. Look at what my desk could look like id I had the right accessories!




My first wish list item would be the SAMDI Walnut Monitor Stand For Macbook / Other Laptops / PC / Monitor. This is so pretty and adds so much space to a small space. In addition to the space increase, it would give me a more natural sitting position with my monitor at an eye-level position.






The product size is "51 cm * 23.2 cm * 9 cm". I don't know cm off the top of my head so the inches conversion is "20in x 9.1in x 3.5in". It's simple, clean lines have such a nice look to it. That 3.5-inch lift would be the perfect storage for my cell phone, datebook, or even just my keyboard.






The second item on my wish list would be the SAMDI Leather Headphone Stand (Black) For All Size Headphone. This is so cool and it would keep my headphones picked up nice and neat instead of making room for them laying on my desk or draping them over something else to keep them out of the way. Its natural head shape would protect the shape of the headphones and keep them for bending in unnatural positions, ruining them.





My number three wish list item is the SAMDI Standing Working Station (Desk) For Laptop, Monitor, Keyboard Tray. This might actually be my number one pick if I had to choose from the three. This standing station is so awesome and has so many adjusting points, it would be great for every aspect of my job. This is absolutely perfect for my tired legs, achy back.

It measures "75.5 cm * 50.5 cm * 67 cm" which is 29.7in x 19.6in x 26.3in. How perfect is that!!
