Keeping An Open Mind Is A Fundamental Principle Of Good Health





It’s important to stay open-minded in this life. This approach can help you reduce your immediate emotional reactions to anything outside of your comfort zone and instead seek to learn. Always believe you have something to learn, and that someone has something they could teach you. We often dismiss people too easily for a whole host of reasons, and that’s not necessarily a flaw. We have to do this in order to survive and assess who is conducive to our survival, and who isn’t. It’s part of the social structure of our brains. That being said, it can be nice to know that you might have something to share with someone else, and that they may have something to share with you.
