Today is yet another one of those awesome times. You guys know how much I love funny and witty things. Give me a product that has a silly pun on it and I'm on board. I think we all should have a bit of humor and sarcasm in our lives.
It's the beginning of the year, this is the time for a master reset and a new plan. How many of you have set some great goals for yourself to be healthier and better than before? This year I didn't set any hard goals with strict plans because I blow them every time I do. So I wanted to start small and work my way up.
I want to be healthier, that's for sure. I want to be able to be healthy enough to get out of bed every day unless it was a plan to take a lazy day. I want to shed some of these extra pounds I gained over quarantine. And, most importantly, I want to be able to enjoy the little things in life.
Since I haven't stuck to one thing of regular physical activity since 8th grade, fitness isn't a strong suit of mine. My cardio covers about 2, MAYBE 3, laps around the store and I need motivation for that like a Black Friday Sale or something equally as exciting. I can't run without hurting myself. I don't mean by winding myself because that's a given but, I mean actually hurting myself like pulling a muscle or twisting an ankle. That's why I absolutely LOVE NerdyShirts.com.
