Often, you may find yourself projecting your insecurities onto others. You may judge them harshly because you simply judge yourself too harshly. Surround Yourself with some Positivity
Negative body messages are everywhere. They also have a way of working their way into your mind. You have to make sure that you spend less time on social media and that you stop socializing with people who make you feel bad about yourself.
