Clearer Skin With a Handheld Blackhead Tool From Anwik

At what age did you achieve perfect skin? Just kidding! I know perfect skin doesn't come at a certain age, it seems like for me, that isn't possible, EVER! I have never met anyone with perfect skin. So, a more realistic question is, what do you do to get rid of blemishes and problematic skin issues? I have struggled with breakouts forever. I always feel like when I am having a breakout, that's the first thing people see when they look at me, I think it's because it's the first thing I look for as I scan my reflection.

I am not a scientist or skincare professional but, I do have 40 years of experience with skin so hopefully, my advice helps.

So, what do you do with blackheads? My most common practice is the pinch, squeeze, cleanse, and hope for no irritation or sores. I have tried a blackhead removal tool kit, that is ok but, hurts. There is nothing like jabbing yourself just a little too hard with a long tweezer with a loop on the end because you didn't realize you were so close, mirrors, ugh.

My daughter uses a blackhead removal vacuum and loves it. She says it clears blackheads easier with little effort, that's a goal, right? Work smarter not harder. It removes blackheads and blemishes with suction instead of pressure and it doesn't leave marks like picking does. So, I got one from Anwick on Amazon. I have the perfect person to try it out on, Aron. You guessed it, my husband, the guinea pig. I'm so happy he loves me as much as he does. I am hoping to get him to let me wax him sooner or later but for now, a blackhead removal system is the first step in the beautification process.

Why do I have oily skin?

This is a good question, let me tell you what I know. Everyone's skin produces oils to help moisturize the skin, those oils can overproduce causing oily skin and sometimes clogged pores and acne. Genetics, hormone changes, or even stress may increase sebum production. Oily skin and acne are challenging to manage at times.

Managing oily skin and breakouts

Finding a good way to manage oily skin can be hard, it takes time to find a regimen that works for you. With several contributing factors, it may be a combination of several things including cleansing, diet, and of course, manually removing blackheads.

Skincare is a very personal event. What works for other people's skin might not be what works for yours, that's why there are so many products on the market these days. Be patient and don't try too many products at once. You don't want to make a worse situation for yourself. Some products can over dry and irritate your skin balance while others may make you more oily, it's a process of elimination for the most part.

The first line of defense is figuring out what kind of skin you have and coming up with a routine that fits your schedule. Finding a way to deal with the excess oil is a key factor in managing breakouts (for me anyway). Don't forget to be gentle with your skin, it is very forgiving and can handle a lot of wear and tear but your skin is your friend and the only organ you can see with your own eyes. If your skin isn't happy it can disrupt your whole day or several days depending on the damage.

On with it already, right?

You have your beauty products figured out and the oils are under control, somewhat, now you want to get rid of the blackheads and blemishes. Again, you know your skin best so do your thing but if you would like a little advice, the suction from the Anwick rechargeable blackhead remover tool, is way better for my skin than scrapping, picking, poking, tweezing, popping, pinching, pushing, stripping, and whatever else I have done. I have tried to pop zits that were so stubborn that I have bruised myself without even being able to get the zit to pop.

Whatever it is, you want the zit/blackhead/blemish off of you so you can get on with life. No more uncomfortable insecurity, get it gone and move on.

What does a blackhead cleansing beauty tool do?

This tool from Anwick gives you 5 different suction settings to choose from so you can get rid of even the most stubborn zits. It's handheld and rechargeable so you don't have to worry about a cord being in your way or having to stay in one specific spot. My bathroom is where I do most of my beauty stuff but my desk has better lighting. It's all a personal preference. Go to your happy zit-picking place and vacuum away!

How do I use the Anwick Blackhead remover tool?

Believe it or not, this handheld tool is very easy to use and works exactly like I thought it would. Here are some tips on making it work great for you.

Before you begin:

Getting everything ready you will want to make sure it is charged. The tool comes with a fast charge cable and base.
Clean your face to remove any makeup and residue.
Use a steamer or warm towel for 3-5 minutes to fully open your pores or use an export lotion.
Start with the lowest setting and the appropriate probe for the job.

Using the blackhead remover

Using the blackhead remover so that you get the best results is advised. If you are unsure if how to use it, there are so many videos in YouTube to help you out. Some tips that I have include treating your skin before and after, holding the tool and your skin properly, and knowing when to use the vacuum.

When you are all done:

After using the blackhead remover, use a cool-mist or other facial care regimen to tighten pores.
Clean your tool and put it away.

How do you hold the tool?

Holding tools is also important. Make sure you hold it at an angle and move from side to side. If you go up and down in motion it can cause an uneven flow and pull.

The vacuum will cause red marks on your skin but do not be scared. It's normal for the red marks but you will cause longer-lasting marks (a few hours to a few days depending on the time left in one spot) if you hold it in one place for too long. It's like a hickey, you have to be careful with the time that you hold in a single position. that you hold the tool.

Treating your skin

Treating your skin before and after using the blackhead remover tool is very important. You want to make sure that you start with very clean skin with no makeup or oil and your pores as open as possible. The more open your pores are, the easier will be for the tool to do its job and the better result that you will get. Treatment afterward includes closing your pores so they don't get irritated. Smaller pores will give you more youthful-looking skin.
