The 2 pack of candles from the Belvedere Home Trouvaille Collection have a beautiful presentation from the start. I will walk you through my whole reaction so you know what to expect. I am a sucker for a great presentation. I want to make sure my gift recipients (again, me! HA) are wowed. So I appreciate it when the packaging is equally as amazing as the product is.
They both have beautiful aromas and fill the room with a mild and continuous scent.
Opening the package there is a sleek black box with a fold open flap that keeps everything nicely in place. I love a good box, guys. I like it when everything has a home and everything is in that home when I open the box.
The box is divided down the center giving each candle its own little secure nest to keep it from rolling around in the box. Well done, Belvedere Home. I am in love with the display! Nothing rolling around or scratched up, it was a perfect opening!
In the lid of the box, there is a card that invites the opener to Join the VIP Belvedere Home Club and receive exclusive promotions, special offers, and new product info. These are the best kinds of invitations. You know upfront they appreciate your purchase and want to reward you for being a valued customer. More things that I love- customer appreciation and great customer service. Every time I have ever had correspondence with Belvedere Home, it has been nice and relatable. I like talking to a person and communicating. It's not like they are reading off of a cue card to handle their customers.
Each of the candles has its own scent. The green candle is scented "Ocean and Seasalt". The Coral-colored candle is Sandalwood and Bergamot. The scents aren't overpowering. I like a nice clean scent that lasts. They are made with sow wax and burn up to 50% longer than traditional candles do. They have an incredibly long burn time. They are tested to last 80-90 hours.
I love the candle holders. They are tin and come with lids. You know what that means! A reusable container to put stuff in! I don't know about you guys but I always keep stuff like this so I can use it later.
So, let's just sum it up- This is an awesome set! The candles smell great, they come in a sturdy AND pretty box, and to top it all off, they come in a reusable tin. These make a great gift idea for family, friends, and co-workers BUT I do highly recommend sending it directly to the gift recipient instead of having it delivered at home. You will keep it. That's not a bad thing, they are awesome. When you order the second actual gift, ship it directly to them :)
