Do any of you gift the house things? Every year we have a few gifts for the house that aren't exactly any one person's gift but they are special things that will make the house all-around better for all of us. This post is the perfect example of that!

How many times a day do you sweep the floor? We have a miniature domestic zoo on our hands and the pet hair alone keeps us sweeping constantly! Ok, so it's not an actual miniature domestic zoo, we just have 4 cats and 5 dogs. That is A LOT of shedding!

Hold it at an angle sweep-flick, sweep-flick, scoot the dustpan back, sweep-flick, sweep-flick, scoot, sweep-flick, sweep-flick... flick...flick...flick...give up until next time. Keep doing that until all of that dirt line dust bunny is gone. I swear that little dirt line will never just go away. It gets smaller and smaller but never fully disappears. That right there is what makes me LOVE the eye pet vac.

Best gift idea for limited mobility.
This is a wonderful product to have around. It's so easy to operate, that it would be a great gift idea for elderly parents or anyone with a disability involving mobility. My husband is disabled, he is an amputee and has problems with his mobility and balance. He is ok to sweep on some days and has even mastered sweeping from his wheelchair when he is feeling incredibly determined but his balance is so bad that bending over to use a traditional dustpan is too much. He is a fall risk and has had to leave the dirt pile on the floor never feeling completely satisfied with the task. Now, he can do it on his own. It is absolutely beautiful to give someone the gift of independence and self-reliance. That is something he doesn't get with many day-to-day tasks. For so many reasons, I love the EyeVac Pet but, this is my favorite reason.
