Prioritize relationships

One of the most valuable things in life is human connection. A life without people is devoid of love, so make time for the people around you. Remember your parents won’t be around forever, so make an effort to get to know them. Call your friends regularly and don’t let the good ones slip away. Play with your children every chance you get, as they will grow up before you know it and you don’t want to regret missing their childhood. Spend less time on your phone

The average person will spend almost nine years of their life looking at their phone, which is an unthinkable amount of time. Make an effort to break your addiction and put your device down. Not only will you have more time to enjoy, but your mental and physical health will benefit too.
