Life Insurance Without a Medical Exam For All Families

How do you plan to take care of your family forever? In the event of you not being able to care for them, is there a plan in place to make that happen for you? Trying to plan ahead for financial security can be (literally is) scary and confusing if you don't know which questions to ask or who to ask. Where is the instruction manual for these little munchkins? Surely they came with one, rite (HAHAHA)! If you are like me, that is the question that keeps me up at night.

Is life insurance the best answer? Is there life insurance without a medical exam, that has affordable rates? How do I pick my beneficiary? What if I want to have more than one? Fabric by Gerber Life has answers for every single one of those questions and you will see, just like I did that they are all the right answers.

Do you ever look at your kids and think, "Wow, I love these little monsters more than anything in this world. I would do anything- at all, to make them feel safe"? I know every parent and caregiver does that. So you do it. You make spray bottles of water mixed with a little bit of fabric softener or whatever essential oils your little ones like, for "DIY bad dream spray". You get the 5 million cups of water and 12 trillion potty breaks at bedtime checking under the bed and closet each time, for things that shouldn't be there. You buckle and double-check car seats. You get the knee, elbow, and helmet sets with their bikes, fix the boo-boos, comfort the breakups, and drive to practices, games, competitions, award ceremonies, and graduations. Why? Because the love you have for these little humans that you created and care for is so huge that it's the only way. They count on you for everything! This is the foundation of their lives and how they learn to care for themselves and their children.

Doing all of that, what's your behind-the-scenes plan? The things that you do while you aren't doing all of that? Working, paying bills, securing a home, planning a future, saving for college, and more. Having a family is a full plate at the best meal life has to offer, in my opinion.

This is a very personal topic for me. I worry that my family will slip into poverty if I am not able to provide for them. That my spouse will suffer with the finances, my kids will miss important opportunities, and everything that I have worked for will disappear. I want certainty in the uncertain.

Why this is so important for me to share about is because I lived it as a child. My dad passed when I was seven, in an automobile accident. There was no planning that could helped us prepare except for the life insurance to cover what he did financially. That event single-handedly changed my entire life. When a child loses a parent it causes lifelong problems that need counseling at the very least.

My dad was the breadwinner of the family, he had life insurance, and if he hadn't had it, I don't know what my mom would have done. A widow with 3 children under the age of 10, would have been more than she could handle. His planning ahead made all the difference in our lives.

Life insurance gives your family the time to grieve without the worry of losing your home. Life insurance gives your kids a chance to go to college even if you aren't the one helping them fill out the applications. Life insurance gives your family peace of mind that only financial security can give. No one wants to lose a parent. But losing a parent and all of the comforts of "home" at the same time, that too much.

That may sound a bit extreme but with kids, the little humans that you are now devoting the rest of your life to, it's a normal worry in my opinion.

Have you looked into the cost of raising a child? That alone can kick your eyebrows right up to your hairline. I have 4 that have already reached adulthood, I am not surprised that I have spent 1 million dollars on kids. I am not surprised at all! ABC put out a post that says the average cost of raising a child to 18 years old is nearly 1/4 of a million dollars $237,482, to be exact. Holy Macaroni!

There are options out there that help ease that worry. The one that makes the most sense to me is term life insurance without a medical exam. Protect the ones you love with financial security.
