Keep Track Of Your Heath Measures With The Hongmed Smartwatch

There are so many great reasons to use a smartwatch. In this post, I want to go over some really cool benefits for you to use a smartwatch that includes tracking your health, enjoying your fitness, and being able to be notified from several messaging apps including Facebook, Instagram, and more. A smartwatch is an investment in your health as well as a fun way to interact with your favorite music.

I just had the opportunity to work with Hongmed on a review of their M8 1.54" smartwatch. I am checking out all of its cool features and wanted to share with you the benefits of the key features and ease of use. I'm pretty excited about it.

What makes all of this even more beneficial is it has an interactive app that you can use to track all of your information so you can stay on top of all of your measures. This is amazing for people like my husband that has health concerns like high blood pressure and arrhythmia. I am more than impressed with this watch.

Heart Rate Monitor

Keeping a check on your heart rate while exercising, resting, walking, or any other activity is so vital to health. Keeping your heart rate above a certain point for extended amounts of time can help you burn fat. If you're a beginner, start at 65 percent to 70 percent of your maximum heart rate and gradually increase the intensity.

Oxygen Sensor

Checking the oxygen levels in your body is important but can be difficult to do in some situations. A smartwatch can keep it monitored for you constantly. A low oxygen level in your body can cause some serious conditions.
  • Confusion.
  • A sense of euphoria.
  • Restlessness.
  • Headache.
  • Shortness of breath.
  • Rapid breathing.
  • Dizziness, lightheadedness, and/or fainting spells.
  • Lack of coordination.

Blood Pressure

Blood pressure can be very dangerous, even fatal if it is not cared for properly. If you are someone that suffers from a blood pressure condition, a smartwatch can potentially save your life. You can keep a constant check on the vital measures.

These three options are awesome. I have never had a watch that used these medical options before and they are AWESOME!!

More features

Step Counter

With any health condition, walking is a low impact activity that can help circulation and help prevent having a sedentary lifestyle. A step counter will help you track your steps helping you be proactive in a healthier life.

Movement tracker

Step counting is cool but, what's even cooler? Being able to track movement, the Sports Mode can track a variety of sports and activities that will track the calories you've burned and your heart rate, Awesome, I know.

Music

Spice us your day by having your music right on your wrist. The Hongmed M8 1.54" 2020 Summer Smart Watch has 8G storage for all kinds of music. It allows different formats so add all of your favorites, you're going to love it! What makes it even better is the Bluetooth capability you can stream right from your phone with unlimited access.

Notification center

A smartwatch can show you all of your messages and calls from all of your social media accounts, you don't have to miss anything. A great feature of that is not missing or losing notifications with the devices paired.

Sleep Quality

Sleep quality is a huge factor in health. Track the amount of sleep you get every night and that will you a good idea of how to correct any problems and maintain a healthy balance. You need quality sleep over quantity sleep.

I could keep going forever on the cool features the 1.54" 2020 Summer Smart Watch Fitness Tracker has to offer. I swiped the graphic below from their site to show the specifications.
