Indeed, the stage of the interview where you ask questions can be just as important if not more so as the stage where they ask you questions. Some of the queries to consider include level of pay, work hours, possibilities for promotion and the list goes on.

Finally, it’s worth noting that an employer or recruitment manager will decide whether you have a chance of getting the job roughly five minutes into an interview. Now, you might say that doesn’t give you a lot of time to win them over with your knowledge or your experience and you’re right. It doesn’t because they’ll be basing whether or not they choose to hire you on if you click well. Essentially, you can be dismissed for a job if you’re not likable enough or if someone decides you’re not the right match for their team. There’s very little you can do about this one except for roll with the punches.
