How many hats do you wear? Sometime I feel like I have a hat rack instead of a neck. I am everything to everyone here. I am the glue that holds it all together and the rock that keeps it firmly in place. I make the steam that drives this boat into the wide ocean of life and back to the shores of safety. I have been going through so much with everything in my life right now. With the adoption, Cassie and Abby's school stuff, my work, it's hard to keep me all together. My biggest focus in my life right now is the adoption. How do you explain to a 9 year old how important it is. How do I know that she understands, how do I help her feel like no matter what, that she is worth it. That everyone is okay with it and agrees, it's in her best interest. That even though it isn't much of a change at all, that it is the biggest change and any question, is an okay question to ask. With all of the things in life that I balance, to date, this has been the hardest decision and process I have ever been through with her.

It was so easy to get an appointment. I scheduled it for a day I was going to be home because I know me; the all emotion crier. I was able to sit in the comfort of my own home and discuss the things that I need help with. It doesn't get better than that.

We live in such a small town, I really don't want all of the phone calls that will come in like " I saw you at ..... Are you okay? I like the privacy that I get with AmWell . Not to mention the personal attention, the cost, and the flexible schedule.
