One of the things that I do that make me feel good about myself is waxing. My eyebrows usually is it but, now that I am getting older, my mustache, very sad face. It has to be done. I was recently picked to do a review with BodyHonee. This stuff is amazing!!
I usually pay people to inflict large amounts of brief intense pain on me by ripping the hair right out. I did my own mustache by myself. No screaming, tears, or begging for a redo. Considering I left the salon crying last time. Crying my eyes out because of the mistake the stylist did, I was very happy with the results. What had happened was....
When I firmly told the woman to stop, because I could feel she was going in the wrong direction, she got huffy and said "It Don't Look That Bad". Are you kidding me??!! She had to say "THAT BAD". Then she handed me a mirror. Just some info on that, never tell a woman "That" anything. Your butt is not THAT big, your hair is not THAT grey, your teeth aren't THAT yellow, no , No, NO!!
Long story short, I had a few short little strands of eyebrow that I shaped over to cover the gap which was known as the "Trump-Brow" and is not the example that all waxes are compared. It was almost as bad as the time another beautician made one arch and the other one straight and I didn't realize it until I was already home, the next day!! Same Salon.
I am terrified to do stuff like this on my own..
I am so confident that I can use this and maintain the look I want without having to spend absurd amounts at the salon. As a huge bonus, I can be in the comfort of my own home. In my jammies, in my house, without the pressure of biting my tongue if my eyebrows are messed up.
