Have you heard of Project Place? This is an amazing program that helps keep it all together for me.
This is my problem; I make an idea start into motion, I realize it has way too many moving parts for me to keep a mental note on, and I forget to do somethings. I lose some of my best ideas that way. Then I have to rush to get it done. I make a check list on paper then I end up carrying it off, little hands swipe my stick notes, or just losing it in my pile of papers then I find it a month after my post is already made.
The amount of post-its and Google docs I use and lose isn't funny. I have folders, I don't even now what the form was too because, I thought I would remember. I still manage to get everything done and it's a job well done but, HOLY COW!
What I absolutely love about ProjectPlace.com is I can set realistic goals for myself and I can check them off as I go. Since it's a website, I can log in from any device and keep a real time goal list. What I need to do now, what needs to be done later.
An example of that is I have a HUGE gift guide going up. I have already made 4 posts. Out of those amazing products, 11 companies and 14 products will be in a huge giveaway. Keeping all of the companies updated, the reviews done, creating the images, grouping the products together in a category. I have so much to do, i get myself overwhelmed and forget until the last minute that it needs to be done.
Not only is this is a great place to get myself on track with my work, it's a great place to keep track of my day to day life. We have doctor appointments, Band practice, Girl Scouts, 2 schools in 2 districts, and that is physical appointments.
With Project Place, I can keep everything in order down to the tiniest detail and be completely on time. This is something so important to me because oh the amazing clientele I have. I want to keep them happy.
What is even MORE exciting about Project Place, is, its free for the first 14 days to check it out and make sure you are a good fit for it. That's where I am now. BUT it doesn't end there if for some reason I can't afford it. There is a Freemium package that is free forever. The upgraded package has so many amazing perks though. It's totally worth it.
