Kids can be so silly about their fashion and want to do things that just don't seem right. Well, if their cracks are covered, let them. Fashion can be such a HARD thing to find your own groove in.That's not just for kids, adults too. So when kids are happy and confident, let it work.
I grew up in a time where our socks matched. Not only did our socks match each other but they matched our outfits. That is just not the case in this day and age. Nothing matches but it all matches, you now what I mean.
Cassie even has wacky pants that the leg colors aren't even the same. My parents would have lost their minds if I tried to wear something like this for anything but pajamas or just "around the house". Not that it's a bad thing, it's just not what we did.
Nowadays, it's normal to see that everywhere I turn. One of the cutest things I have seen in awhile now is the Compound Word Socks by Educational & Colorful Compound Word Socks (Combined with an app) by Gama Family.
So how it works is, each sock has it' own word on it. Butter has little butter cubes on the sock. Fly has insects on it. When they are worn together they say butterfly and the image in the center come together and show a big butterfly. It is so cute!
The bright colors are fun and entertaining. What makes it even better since these are wacky socks, they can be worn with anything that is in the dresser or closet and it will be ok!!
I really think they are cute. The design covers the whole sock not just a picture on the top or bottom. They are interesting and an adorable.
