At Home Work out System- OYO DOUBLEFLEX

You know we are working on getting the New Year thing going here and fortunately, that didn't stop with one post. We are still going strong and I have something new to show you that is so easy to use and so easy add into your day.

I work from home so I am constantly looking for convenience. I want something that I can do that doesn't seem like I'm tied down or obligated. But at the same time something that I can stick with. I have had Simply Fit and a Digital Scale and a few other things that will help so now I have something else that is absolutely amazing.

Double Flex by OYO Fitness is so cool. It's convenient, adjustable, portable, versatile, and so easy! So, just to let you know what it is, it's a wide "v" shape lightweight bar with a pulley in the center. The pulley is adjustable and can manage up to 15 pounds of resistance.

There are so many awesome ways to use it and one thing that I love is there is really no wrong way to use it. I can use it to target everything. I can work on my arms, chest, core, legs, and butt. Those are actually ALL problem areas. For the last few years, my fingers work more than any other part of my body. That does absolutely nothing for my body mass.

The DoubleFlex has a fixed FlexPack (5lb) Stainless Steel Cables and Hand grips. It's so easy to use. I just can't express that enough. I was able to start using it straight out of the box. Then I checked out the cool stuff in the box. There is no immediate assembly. That's so awesome.

Arm Exercises 

Oh yes. my arms A.K.A. Hi Jane's, Bingo Wings, and uncommon but absolutely hysterically, flying squirrels need some TLC. I sit with my arms down to type it shows. Over the past 2 1/2 years, my arms have not gotten the work they need. I can pour them into any shirt sleeve. :(

The exercises that are for the arms pretty self-explanatory. I can do them in my desk chair and work out my writer's block. I did 15 pulls on the HandGrips and I could feel it in my chest. I am so impressed. 

Pulling the HandGrips or pushing them together to the center are both great exercises. It makes light work of getting my body healthier.

Leg Exercises 

For starters, these straps are comfortable. I have never been able to master and commit to any leg strap exercises, until now. This is cool for several reasons. Just by holding my legs in the air, it works my core as well as my legs. The DoubleFlex is a comfortable width so I am not straining weirdly to make it work. 

No Tools Required

The only thing I need to go from arm to leg exercises is my hands. The twist and lock in design it's absolutely amazing. To be honest, I do not enjoy having to dig out alan wrenches, screwdrivers, or any other small tool. 

This is a simple twist that opens the HandGrips and locks it into place on the leg straps. It is so simple! 

Conclusion

I love this as an addition to my routine. I can use this at any time to help myself get back to the ME I want to be. This is something for beginners to masters.

  1. Looks like a pretty sweet addition to a home exercise routine. I love that tools are not necessary as I am not good at installing things.
