I feel so successful in my goals for this year so far. From amazing ways, my family is bringing it in , exercising (OYO Fitness DoubleFlex), and keeping my home cleaner (Shark Cleaning). I know it's only the end of the first month of the year but in all honesty, I usually fizzle out by now :)

I have a lot keeping me motivated this year. I am being realistic without being too overboard on myself. Honestly, I think it might have a lot to do with my schedule, my kids being older, and knowing I need to make this time for myself. I am 35, almost 36. I have to keep it together.

I love my job and I think that has a huge factor in my success as well. I am able to work with amazing companies and brands to try things that really help with the goal I want to keep for myself.

I am writing this post to show you the most amazing blender I have ever seen. It's not just a standard blender, It's a machine that has forever changed my view on blending, extracting, pureeing, and so much more. It's a Ninja Blend max Dou.

The first thing we made when we got it was smoothies. A Special Thanks to my 11-Year-Old Vegetarian, I know what real smoothies are and how to make them.I had no Idea just how standard my recipes were until I cracked open the 75 recipes book that came with my Ninja, though.

We went to the store today in search of awesome smoothie stuff and I know I am not the only one. This is my problem; I want to have beautiful fresh fruit that I can throw into the blender and serve it right up. But, it seems like if I buy what I think I need it's not enough but if I buy a little extra, no one wants a smoothie for 4 days and it goes bad. So, I found an amazing solution to my problem!

FROZEN FRUIT. For under $2 per bag. I feel like I hit a jackpot. Some people may not like this idea but, for our family, it is an amazing option. Honestly, I didn't know there are so many frozen fruit options out there. Then I think, surely I knew that. I buy frozen strawberries for strawberry shortcake. How did I miss this section all this time?

There are so many options for other flavors too. Plain yogurt, nuts, and the baking section with all of its' glory! Bits and pieces of ButterFingers, Snickers, mini Snowcaps, Reece's Pieces, YOU NAME IT, We Found it! Oh yes, a snack/dessert is totally acceptable!

Thanks for bearing with me on my shopper awareness moment. So, what do I do with this new found knowledge and extreme savings, I stocked up. We are smoothie and milkshake ingredient rich and with the Ninja Blender, I am unstoppable!

Taking you to the beginning of my experience, The box came in and it was so carefully packed. I love a nicely packed product. This Ninja was definitely well thought. Everything is organized and easy to get to. here wasn't an excessive amount of packaging and everything fit without being crammed.

The base is nice and sturdy with all of the options easy to read. There are a pitcher and 2 24 oz Nutri Ninja Cups. Both of the cups have drinking lids. The recipe book and instructions.

I love the options. The single serve containers are perfect for on the go kind of days. Throw the ingredients in, push the smoothie button, and wait a minute, ta-dah! it does all of the work by itself. There is no guess work at all!

The Pitcher is perfect for a party or family recipes. I can throw in a whole tub of ice cream and make everyone a milkshake SO FAST!

This really blows my mind, so you know. Typically, when I see a blender or think of a blender, I think drinks and baby food. Well, welcome to the 21 century Amy, you can make drinks, soups, sauces, dips, salsas, even batter!

Yes, this takes the place of a whisk. I can make delicious muffins and pancakes with a homemade batter, with nuts and it's awesome.

This blender offers so many great features. One of the most awesome features to me is the cleanup. This blade assembly comes right out for easy washing. Gone are the days of unscrewing the base, making a mess, and being terrified of the triangular shaped blades like piranha teeth that are most likely going to gouge or slice a finger before the process is over.
