I spend so much time on my computer, iPad, and phone. I love my job. That means that I tend to spend more time than I admit working on it. My eyes get the biggest stress of my job. Well, and my chair HA!

Ice Packs
This set comes with 2 ice packs. That is awesome for me. I don't have to worry about the ice melting and then having to wait. I am ready at the first sign of discomfort. It is so simple to use and the velcro doesn't get tangled in my hair.It's not just a regular ice pack. The bubbles are spaced out so when it freezes there isn't room for the bubble to form together. The ice bubbles lay flat and smooth. There is no digging or gouging in my head.
The ice packs themselves are shaped to slide right into the wrap. The lining is smooth and thin so the comforting cool temp is right there where it's needed. It has a curved shape. That means there is no poking.
The Wrap
I love the way it fits. The wrap is soft and feels so good on. It's a nice alternative to wrapping my head in a pillow and crying which also makes it worse.The velcro strip sticks to any place on the wrap so adjusting is very easy. It's secure but easy to use at the same time.
The top of the wrap keeps it all together and gives that secure feeling over my whole head. This is a great idea and the design is very well executed.

I love this holistic solution to a serious problem! I didn't know that the migraine hat was available before reading this review. It is awesome idea. I had bad sinus pain for last 10 days and ice helped! I love this product!

ReplyDeleteI use it and actually bought a second one to have on hand when the first wears out, also for the extra gel packs. I tend to run a fever with a migraine so the ice melts faster. This is a huge help, especially with cluster headaches.
